Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Viontr ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Viontr provides an AI-powered interview practice platform including resume analysis, skill tracking, and interview simulation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Points System

Points are used to access AI-powered features. Monthly points expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased point packs do not expire. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Viontr. You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, responses). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze it to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to provide feedback and suggestions. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viontr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Viontr operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
